Player Registration Privacy Notice
Please read this notice before submitting or updating a player registration.
What we collect
HQ Sports Platform's generic registration form requests an ID/passport number, first and last name, display name, gender, and may collect date of birth, WhatsApp number, email, sports selections and a photograph.
Why we collect it
To distinguish player records, manage sporting participation and tournament registration, and maintain a continuous sporting history across competitions. Approved sporting statistics and display names may be visible on public tournament pages.
Who can see it
Authorized administrators may access registration information for legitimate administration. Private contact details, ID/passport numbers and dates of birth are not intended for public display. Optional photos and publicity require appropriate permission or lawful authorization.
Young players
If the participant is a minor, the parent or legal guardian must provide authorization where required. Parents or guardians can request corrections or review of their child's information.
Your choices
Do not submit information on behalf of another person without permission. You may request access, correction or deletion where legally applicable and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Sporting results may need to remain as legitimate competition records under a separate lawful basis.
